Sushi has been one of my favorite foods for years, and since I've been to Vietnam, I can't live without summer rolls. Cooking sushi rice and frying tofu Cook the sushi rice according to the packet instructions and leave to cool.
Cut the tofu into slices and fry in a pan in a little oil.
Add the ingredients for the tofu sauce one after the other and deglaze the tofu in it.
Remove the tofu from the pan and save the remaining sauce for later.
Prepare rolls Cut the fried tofu and vegetables (carrots, cucumber, avocado) into thin strips.
Briefly dip the rice paper in water until it becomes soft.
Cut the nori sheets to size (approx. 13 x 7 cm) and lay out on the rice paper.
Layer all the ingredients on the nori sheet: 1 portion of rice, nori sheet, 1 portion of cream cheese (30g), tofu, avocado, carrot, cucumber.
Pour the sauce over the ingredients and sprinkle with chili flakes.
Roll up the rolls and fry briefly on both sides in a pan until golden brown.
Preparing and serving the peanut-soy sauce Mix all the ingredients for the peanut-soy sauce.
It is important to mix the peanut butter with the soy sauce first and only then stir in the water.
Arrange the sushi summer rolls on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with the peanut and soy sauce.
