Preparing the patties Drain the chickpeas and place in a bowl.
Mash the chickpeas with a fork until they form a coarse paste.
Add the rolled oats, tomato puree, soaked linseed, cumin, chopped garlic, finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and flour.
Mixing the ingredients Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in the bowl until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Shaping the patties Divide the mixture into three equal portions.
Shape each portion into a 150 g patty by forming the mixture into flat slices between your hands.
Frying the patties Heat a pan with a little oil.
Carefully place the patties in the pan and fry on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
Preparation of the burgers Assemble the burger as desired with lamb's lettuce, vegan cream cheese, tomatoes, onion rings, the chickpea patties and ketchup.
