Ingredients

These Ingredients make:

  • 2 Avocado
  • 100 g Vegan cream cheese
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Pinch Pepper
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 Slices of bread
  • some oil

Toppings

  • Pistachios, chili flakes, oil

Instructions
 

Prepare the avocado cream

  1. Halve the avocados and remove the stone.
  2. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and place in a bowl or blender.
  3. Add the vegan cream cheese.
  4. Drizzle lemon juice over the avocados to prevent discoloration and add flavor.
  5. Add salt and a pinch of pepper.
  6. Blend everything with a fork or mixer until smooth.

Fry the bread

  1. Preheat a frying pan to medium heat.
  2. Pour a little oil into the pan and spread evenly.
  3. Place the slices of bread in the pan and fry on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove the slices of bread from the pan and place on a plate.

Apply avocado cream

  1. Pour the prepared avocado cream into a piping bag. Alternatively, the cream can also be applied with a knife or spoon.
  2. Using a piping bag, spread the avocado cream evenly over the fried slices of bread in a zig-zag pattern.

Add toppings

  1. Roughly chop the pistachios. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the avocado cream.
  2. Sprinkle with a pinch of chili flakes for a little spiciness. Finally, drizzle a little oil over the topped bread.
