Here is a simple recipe for delicious spiral potatoes. I like them best with a fresh herb yogurt dip. But you can also simply enjoy them with ketchup. I guarantee you, homemade and fresh from the oven, the spiral potatoes taste better than at any fair! They are ideal as a side dish, starter or simply as a party snack. Have fun cooking!

Spiral potatoes
Spiralizing the potatoes Peel the potatoes.
Cut each potato into even spirals using a spiral cutter.
Preparing the potatoes Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan.
Spread the potato spirals evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving enough space between them.
Drizzle the spirals with oil. Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
Baking Place the baking tray in the preheated oven.
Bake the potatoes for approx. 35 minutes, turning the baking tray once halfway through to ensure even browning.
Preparation of the herb "Quark" dip In a bowl, mix the crushed garlic, soy skyr, vegan cream cheese, salt, pepper, fresh parsley and chives.
Serve and enjoy Remove the crispy spiral potatoes from the oven.
Serve on skewers as desired.
Serve with the prepared herb "Quark" dip and enjoy!
