Here are the bean burger patties - the result of an accidental discovery! I've tried a few recipes for vegan burger alternatives, but this one is and remains my favorite. The combination of kidney beans, oat flakes and the perfectly balanced spices results in a batter that is easy to shape into juicy patties.I prepared the patties for a barbecue evening, so I also put some vegetables on the grill. The grilled vegetables harmonize perfectly with the hearty patties and add an irresistible touch. If you're looking for an unconventional but ingenious burger option, you've come to the right place. Have fun trying out these randomly ingenious bean burger patties!
